Located on a 38,000sqft land right in the middle of UNESCO World Heritage Georgetown Penang, Sunway Penang @Anson serve as springboard to launch and showcase new projects for the next 5 years with the combined GDV of an ambitious RM5 billion. The project consists of sales gallery space, multipurpose space, as well as office with staff capacity of 68. The project employs bold architecture expression, landscape and interior design. The project is the first GBI Gold certified showroom in Northern Region.
Announced in August 2016, Sunway Penang @Anson is one of few buildings in Penang designed in steel structure for fast assembly. The building has been completed in June 2017.
