LEADING ROLE

As Senior Development Manager, Chiang has been responsible for assisting Top Management team in managing the Development as a whole, including Design, Submission & Approval, Budget & Cost, Coordination & Construction.

  • Manage multiple Stakeholder requirements & expectations, including Shareholders, Mall Leasing & Operation, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Building Management.

  • Lead Consultant Team to coordinate Project Design, Costing, Program & Quality. Consultants include Design Architect, Project Architect, Submission Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Land Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Landscape Architect, Fire Engineer, Facade Consultant, Acoustic Engineer, Security Consultant as well as Wayfinding Consultants.

  • Review all aspects of Project Design (Architecture, C&S, M&E, Landscape etc) to address discrepancies and identify improvements

  • Project planning and setting out Overall Work Program. Identify and follow up on key Project Activities to ensure timely Project Delivery; these activities include Design, Authority Submission & Approval, Cost Plan, Tendering & Construction.

  • Closely monitor Design, Quality and Cost aspect of the Project.
