The mall expansion plan is planned in 3 phases to accommodate market growth. When Phase 1 is completed in 2020, the mall will feature more than 1.2 million sqft GFA with a new face lift. Complexity of the project comes from coordinating and liaising with multiple stakeholders (leasing, operation, retail planning, in-house contractor). Meanwhile, working with an existing building structure, M&E system adds another layer of technical complexity to the entire project.
